Meet the team
Our dedicated team of staff supports our volunteers to provide emergency food and practical support to people who have been left without enough money to live on.

Michelle Pannell
The Foodbank and Advice Service Manager has overall accountability to the Board of Trustees for the operation and future strategic development of the foodbank and advice service. She is responsible for managing the team of both staff and volunteers, as well as ensuring we use our funds to achieve our strategic priorities, staying aligned with our charitable objects.

Gareth Delany
The Financial Capability Advisor works with our clients to ascertain the underlying issues that lead to them having to use the foodbank. Gareth works with them to assess their financial situation, and together they make a plan with the aim of creating more disposable income for the client, so they no longer need to use the foodbank.

Jenni Barnes
Our Community Development Lead is responsible for our presence in the local community, forming connections and partnerships to ensure effective collaborative working and outreach. She also works with local people to help them build power and raise their voice to be heard by local decision makers in regard to issues that are important to them.

Caroline Lockwood
The Foodbank Administrator helps to alleviate administrative and time pressures on the Foodbank Manager, by leading on social media and internal/ external communications. As well as working autonomously to ensure accurate and legal bookkeeping for our charity.

Ruth Frais
Our Foodbank Operations Co-Ordinator works in a supportive way to ensure there are adequate stocks and skilled volunteers to ensure clients can access all they need at our foodbank and pantry sessions.
